HolyLand or Holy Land?
Technically,
it is 2words.
CHLF has used the single word form for years and capitalizes the "L" in
Land to help create a unique identity among similarly
named organizations
(such as the unaffiliated and much publicized
Holy Land Foundation).
Just in case you were wondering.

in the Galilee region of Northern Israel.
Some other Ministries in the Holy Land that touch, and are touched, by the CHLF
team:
Nazareth Village is a
wonderful "living museum" in the heart of old Nazareth that should be on
every visitor's must-see list. Several Team members have been involved in
helping this
become a reality, and some of the children are active in portraying
first-century boys and girls going about their routines.

Unity
and cooperation among evangelical churches is one of the main aims of the
Convention of Evangelical Churches in Israel. Both Saleem Hanna and
Hani Billan, members of the CHLF team in Israel, have served on the executive committee
of this convention, which has initiated a number of witness and fellowship projects covering all of
Israel.
Several of the CHLF Team members are students a
the Nazareth Center for Christian Studies (NCCS), a recently established
theological seminary in Nazareth, Israel which opened its doors in September
2007. The seminary operates as an independent body which seeks to be
inclusive in character. The Programs offered are a Bachelors of Divinity
Degree and MTh degrees in Applied Theology, Bible, and Contextual
Missiology. These degree programs are of international standard and are
internationally accredited.
The Center acts as its own publishing house and seeks to promote theological
research and writing. It also has a department of intercultural studies
concerned with Islamics, Judaism, Contemporary Judaism and Christianity
under the heading of Abramics, and with Holy Land studies and
Reconciliation.
The President is Rev. Dr. J Bryson Arthur BD (hons) Ph.D. Glasgow University
Scotland.
The Chairman of the Board of Governors is Mr. Bader Mansour, Bsc., MBA,
Israeli Institute of Technology.
Graduates of
highly-regarded BBC include members and children of the CHLF Team. The
Nazareth branch is now called Galilee Bible College, having matriculated
their first complete class in 2008.
www.Hope-Nazareth.org
is a local ministry in Nazareth in which Andera Hanna has been actively involved.
The vision of HOPE is: to raise up the
prayer warriors in Nazareth & the Galilee region as well as training,
equipping and releasing Arab women to fulfill the calling.
